Movement, mindfulness, and thermal bliss!

Take a day out of your busy life to feed your body, mind and soul in a wonderful day escape in Cambridge, with myself and Lucie Norris. 

Appreciate the turning of the seasons by spending a day in nature. Move your body with yoga and mindful walking, unwind in a wild sauna and hot tub with a view across the fields, clear the mind in a nature based meditation, and enjoy nutritious yet delicious food. 

Held at Paus, just a short train ride away from London, the day retreat is set in 13 acres of open meadow.

The Day retreat starts with coffee/tea/juice at 9.45, before a long morning session of breath work and dynamic vinyasa flow yoga in a beautiful indoor studio!

Wander leisurely through a 1km  Barefoot Sensory Trail, full of recycled and natural textures to tickle your toes and bring your senses to life before enjoying a healthy and tasty lunch at the top of the hill.

After lunch, three hours of bliss soaking in hot tubs, soothing yourself in the sauna, plunges, showers and chilling.  Spot wildlife, play in a maze, laze in deck chairs or hammocks, read, journal, snooze! 

There's another more calming yoga, breath work and meditation session, before closing circle at 6.30pm.

It's £130 for a gorgeous full day of indulging the senses. Allow yourself to re-set ready for the autumn months or to get you through half term! (It's just before the half term break).Your body will thank you after!
